RENNICK ANDREOLI
Mr. Rennick Andreoli is President of RDA Hotel Management Company and co-founder of FHC Hotel Company, which at one time was the largest Sheraton and Hilton Hotel franchisee. Over the past 35 years his ownership perspective has proven invaluable in the purchase, construction and operation of over 30 hotels, mixed-use facilities, restaurants, golf courses and office complexes throughout the United States. One of his flagship properties, the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn, has been recognized as the longest continually owned and operated Hilton franchise in the country. His past resume includes being a General Manager and serving as the Managing Director, for over 10 years, of the Quaker Square Complex, a mixed-use facility with 36 retail shops, 5 restaurants and a Hilton Hotel, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Rennick is a graduate of Ohio University and attended Cornell University for Hotel Management and the American School in Switzerland. His interests include golf and fitness.
As an active supporter of the community, Rennick has served as a Trustee for the Hotel Restaurant Employees Health and Welfare Pension Fund, and has served on the Boards of Portage Country Club and the Akron Community Foundation Building Committee, as well as on the Finance Committee for Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens. He is also a member of Bluecoats, past Co-Chairman of the Annual Cystic Fibrosis Golf Tournament and serves on the Construction Committee for the Akron Art Museum.
He is a past recipient of the Mayor’s Award for Outstanding Business Person of the Year as well as the SMEI Distinguished Sales and Marketing Award. In 2001, he provided the funding, as well as the volunteer labor to build a home for the “Habitat for Humanity” program. In 2003, he created a hospitality scholarship to be awarded annually to a University of Akron student in Hospitality Management.
